Lumie works in three ways, depending on what the business needs. Whichever it is, the cost is agreed before anything starts.
Retainer | From £3,000 per month
An ongoing relationship, structured around outcomes rather than hours. I take ownership of the marketing function, the strategy, the priorities, and the specialists who deliver against them, and run it from inside the business. The programme is built around a defined set of outcomes, and once they're met the retainer steps down. It suits businesses that want senior marketing leadership held consistently, without building the whole function around one permanent hire.
Projects | £POA
Projects have a defined deliverable, scoped and agreed before we begin. A website, a rebrand, a launch, a platform build. Each is priced individually - a new brand pack and a CRM implementation aren't the same job - but the number is in writing before any work starts.
Consultancy | £1,000 per session
Some businesses already have a marketing team and don't need another pair of hands. They need someone sitting above it: looking at what's being done, deciding what's worth continuing, and giving the team a clear line to work to. Consultancy sessions cover strategy sessions, audits, planning, and working directly with in-house teams and the people they report to.
